Boiled Prawns

(Prawns are served as an appetizer or a meal.)

1 kg (32 oz) prawns, cleaned
1 tspn salt (as desired)
2 litres water
1 tbls lemon juice
Put prawns in boiled salted water. Boil over medium heat for 4 minutes.
Add lemon juice and boil for 1 minute. Drain.
Serve hot.
